No, the use of walking poles is not permitted during the entire run. Not even on the final climb from Grindelwald to Kleine Scheidegg.

Shortly before the event, you will receive an email with a link where you can check and change your supporter details.

You can have more than one supporter, but only one support vehicle! The supporter pass to enter the transition area is not personal and can be exchanged between several supporters. Important: You have only registered one supporter. This person is responsible for your support. Also the registered mobile phone has to be available for the SWISSMAN crew during the whole day to get in contact with your supporter crew! This is also the mobile phone you have to carry on the last section from Grindelwald to Kleine Scheidegg.

Yes, if you decide to accompany your athlete by bike during the run, you can do so between Brienz and Grindelwald. Please note that there are some sections with gravel roads. A mountain bike is therefore more suitable. On the last section from Grindelwald to Kleine Scheidegg the supporter must accompany the athlete on foot. Between Brienz and Grindelwald it is also permitted to accompany the athlete on foot.
